Kamyar Behbahani is a Shiraz-based artist with a background in music and cinema, working as a film music composer, foley artist/sound designer and audio engineer. In his performances he seeks to merge elements of traditional Iranian music with electronic music, effectively localising electronic music. He is a winner of several composition and film music competitions including Pertrichor Records, and has received multiple nominations for the Haghighat Film Award.
