Saeed Ramezanpour

Saeed Ramezanpour is a musician and visual artist active in experimental and improvisational sound and video practices. Drawn to sound from an early age, he was also introduced to the visual arts through his father’s profession. He began his first illustration work in 2010. “Abee,” featured here, is the opening piece from his album Curry Gelb. The album is rooted in ambient music while also incorporating elements of IDM, techno, breakcore, dubstep, industrial, and dance music. He sees the work as an effort to create new atmospheres and spatial experiences.
