Limen

Limen (Nariman Aliakbar) is an Iranian electronic musician, pianist, and sound artist based in Tehran, Iran. Active since the early 2010s, his work explores the intersections of electronic sound, piano, ambient textures, and experimental music practices.

Drawing from both acoustic and electronic approaches, Limen creates immersive sound worlds shaped by rhythm, atmosphere, and sonic transformation. He has been an active presence in Tehran’s independent electronic music scene, performing in underground and experimental music events.

In 2017, he released the album Cerulean through the Japanese netlabel Bump Foot, a work combining synthesized textures, piano elements, rhythmic structures, and atmospheric sound design. His practice continues to explore the boundaries between electronic composition, sound art, and contemporary listening experiences.
