Ibukun Sunday ist ein nigerianischer Komponist, Bratschist und Klangkünstler mit Sitz in Lagos. Seine Praxis verbindet Ambient-Musik, experimentelle Elektronik, Field Recordings und westafrikanische Musiktraditionen und ist oft von philosophischen Fragen zu Existenz, Menschlichkeit und Glauben geprägt. Seine Veröffentlichungen erschienen über Phantom Limb und das dazugehörige Spirituals-Imprint, und er trat bereits gemeinsam mit Künstlern wie Richard Skelton, Dylan Henner, Tunde Jegede und Gabriel Prokofiev auf.
