Gustavo Obligado & Eli Piña

Gustavo Obligado is a Buenos Aires–born, Berlin-based artist. Eli Piña, from Mexico City, is a saxophonist, improviser, vocalist, composer and songwriter; her work seeks both to create and to dismantle ways of giving life to the saxophone, with movement, percussion and voice as an organic extension of the instrument. Together they combine extended saxophone techniques with electronics, pushing improvisation into raw, unpredictable territory.
