ThreadedDreams™

ThreadedDreams™ is Romain C. Bertheau (b. 1983), a Berlin-based composer, organist, pianist and harpsichordist, noise musician on the no-input mixer and Vaporwave artist. He won first prize at the Euro-region Arras international piano competition in 2001 and at the Concorso Internazionale di Musica Antica "Maurizio Pratola" in 2013. In 2014 he left Europe for Asia, where he recorded traditional music; back in Europe in 2019, he resumed his career as a performer and composer, focusing on the organ and the no-input mixing board.

Writing for the organ, he works with the instrument's imperfections, precisely tuned intervals and the surrounding environmental chaos; a piece is usually meant to be played only on the instrument it was composed for. He created and curates the series ORGAN SEQUENCES.
