The performance at Klangteppich III was performed live over distance by Orlando Boeykens in Berlin and Xeen in Istanbul.
Here is the full-performance video release from our collaborating festival, Klangteppich. This have also became an alibi to make future plans, as a portion of their music is scheduled to be released in the compilation album for this season.

Boeykens is a sought-after tuba player in orchestras, chamber ensembles and bands. He took part in various theater productions at Thalia Theater, Kammerspiele and Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg and played in the NDR’s New Music and Jazz series with Vinko Globokar and Carla Bley, among others. Since 1992 Boeykens has taught low brass instruments. He has been performing regularly with the musician and performer Hans Unstern.
Xeen started playing electric guitar at the age of thirteen. She works as a graphic and sound designer, writes and produces her own music. In 2016 she founded her first band The Finches, together with three other young women. Ardalan co-founded the electro-rock band Stereotype at the end of 2019, since then she has also been active with her solo project Xeen.
